Complaints & Feedback

We hope that any complaint you may have about The Parkway Clinic during your treatment can be dealt with immediately by your talking to the staff involved or the Operational Manager.

However, if you wish to make a formal complaint about your care or treatment please speak to the Operational Manager.

The Manager will look into your complaint and try to deal with your concerns. If you are not satisfied with the reply or you would prefer NOT to speak to someone at the clinic, please write to the Complaints Office stating all the facts.

A letter acknowledging your complaint will be sent within two working days and an investigation will be instituted. During the investigation, there may be a need to convene a meeting to discuss the complaint further or even to meet the relevant member of staff about whom the complaint is being made.

At the end of the investigation you will receive a final response to all the issues you have made.
