We are thrilled to announce that Theo Stennett of Parkway Clinic has been named the winner of the “Best Treatment of Nervous Patients” category in the 2022 Private Dentistry Awards.
This award recognises dental practitioners who have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care.
There was a record number of submissions this year for this award, which meant the competition was fierce.
We are pleased that Theo, out of such an impressive pool of qualified dentists, was selected as a finalist and eventually the winner.
Theo recognises that many people experience anxiety while considering dental care. This is why all of our clinicians and staff have extensive expertise working with anxious and fearful patients using a variety of techniques, including IV sedation, and general anaesthesia.
Patients who attend Parkway Clinic can be confident that they will be cared for by professionals who have worked with all degrees of dental anxiety for over 20 years. The team uses sedation and general anaesthesia to treat about 4,000 patients every year, allowing them to serve those who have previously avoided the dentist.
Theo is a Dental Phobia Certified dentist and is dedicated to providing a patient-centred care.
He understands the importance of compassion, understanding, patience, and a gentle touch in helping patients overcome their dental anxiety.
